Relationships first

About
I’m a global real estate and business development advisor based in Miami, Florida.

I became a licensed Realtor in 1994 and spent my first 17 years as a broker at CENTURY 21 United Properties in Weston, Florida. I led the real estate division, recruited and mentored more than 400 agents, and grew the business from one office to five.
In 2012 I moved to Coldwell Banker in Miami, working as a broker, as managing broker in Coconut Grove and as director of strategic sales in Coral Gables, where I mentored and trained a team of more than 60 agents.
From 2018 to 2026 I led global business development for a real estate franchise organization, supporting its brands as they expanded across Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. By my count that work closed 31 countries across 24 deals in four and a half years, eight of them fully virtual.
In every market, in every language, I heard a version of the same question: is this the right move for my family’s future? The best agents answer it with guidance, not just a market update. That belief shapes Kiko Global Consulting, which I started in February 2026 to help brokerages and agents grow through branding and marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and promoting real estate companies around the world.
I’m a connector by habit. The partnerships that last start with trust and keep growing on it.
Working across dozens of countries taught me to learn the language, the culture and the business customs, never to assume them.
I try to lead with integrity, gratitude and a bit of fun, and to keep growing beyond titles.
Awards received during his years at Anywhere Real Estate, formerly Realogy.
